Full time position with a six-month part time hourly training phase.

As an account and technical support team member your responsibilities include resolving specific CCTV issues and providing phone support, programming CCTV systems to customer’s needs, and creating packaged bundles for shipping for onsite crew members to install. All training will be provided.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

The ideal candidate must be people-oriented, highly motivated with a positive and friendly attitude.

– Be responsible for responding to troubleshooting tickets

– Maintaining a professional and courteous disposition during ALL contacts

– Document all call reports and customer interactions

– Time management skills

– Answer ALL questions related to the installed system

– Stocking supplies and inventory as it is received to include, but not limited to, counting, sorting, labeling, organizing inventory

– Repair damaged equipment

– Clean and maintain working areas

– Must be able to communicate effectively in person and on the phone with customers

– Must be able to communicate and possess active listening skills

Skills needed:

1- Great attitude and willing to be part of the team to serve the customer

2- Comfortable talking with customers on the phone

3- Comfortable with computers and teachable in technology

4- Ability to be a self-reliant problem solver

5- Excellent communication and active listening skills

6- Must possess good decision-making skills, be very organized and detail oriented

Requirements:

1- Valid driver’s license

2- US citizen

3- No felony convictions

4- Pass drug testing

5- Lift 30 lbs

6- Occasional weekends based on customer needs
